There is no true leader that is in business and dosnt follow moral rules. When you go into business a lot is grounded first on hope cos there is no yet proof. Having morals fuels your creativity. When you believe in what you do it is always backed up by some form of principle you believe in. Separation of state and church is required, how ever they replace each other. When there is no hope there will be no action, When there is no action there will be no hope.
Leaders that are not creative cant see solutions "varying vantage points" spirituality helps to unlock the inhibitions. If you are in a box how can you lead? They say there is nothing like business ethics only personal ethics. When your personal beliefs are impaired by fear you are less likely to see good solutions and you will make bad decisions.
Creative people are mad in the eyes of others and thats why they look scary. Well if that keeps you away all the better for he who is moving ahead. In the business world just as in war everything is based on deception. Which is why people put up fronts of a perfect image, when you look good those who bite on that apple get their reward. In the business that i am in i need mad but good hearted people because without that the vision cant be implemented! In helping entrepreneurs i spend stupid amount of time unlocking their potential. When they are inhibited by societal rules and regulations they never succeed in providing specially tailored solutions to the individualistic demands of the market. "Can you go crazy with an idea?"; Thats my first test to decide if i can proceed with the person.
An entrepreneur is an advocate for a cause, either he is conservative or liberal thats their choice but they must accept a concept of self. For me to embrace all i have to be controversial. I dont stick to one particular mentality because that inhibits opportunities. I have to be able to sit in everyones shoes and that means i have to be madder than the world. Thats what thinking big means in business. There is a method to my madness, it has a purpose; to unlock in you how you think. Everything is allowed but everything has its time.
For instance; for youth sex is a no no only because they cant yet manage the after effects but there are also adults that cant seem to grasp the word responsibility and there are "the young" who can rule the world, so where then do you fit in on the mapped age in the laws, rules and regulations? Being organised is difficult for many people which includes the politicians! Fear not for i am with you in spirit!
