When asked what is the weather like we all think of heat or cold. How about what is the weather like in politics, economy, religion and relationships? The world of opportunities are influenced by these seasons. Everything has seasons, what is the season in these named environments in the present.
To create you must know why, we will get varying views but whats best?
To achieve: you must know what you have, where it applies and when it is appropriate, this depends on your state of mind in making decisions i.e. translates to character and level of ambition/interest/passion/values seen.
Government/Management: How about who is able to bring a global plan on how to make it better?
The People: How about who will build what would create the transitions needed?
Create the how "plan" for who to know what needs to be built. The essence of good governance. If your staff doesn't have the business plan while trained they wouldn't know how to support the business. Job descriptions are just tiles for ego tripping. The project is the business. You want to be perfect before you come out into business? Someone will beat you at your game.
