Ambition has a set environment, it comes with loads of instabilities "setbacks" things that not many can handle! A leader "boss" needs a strong mind and heart, confidence makes others believe "follow" in you! Your job is not just to sit in the house, no general wins a war behind his soldiers! 

In a dream that is bigger than you you always need people! We have all to some level identified what visual success metrics are for people and things. You will be surprised to find out that those who seem to have it all feel less of themselves and what they have achieved doesn't bring them joy! Why? because they had reached some end to their dreams! Once you get to one junction keep pushing further but be content with what you have achieved too! Death ends the journey, don't kill yourself before you reach the earths end; leave dreams for the next generation to have where to continue!

I am sure that those who today aspire to reach other universe know they may not reach or find in their life time but they do it any way should it be their destiny, it may just happen at the firts step, that's luck not success in my definition!

For those who are workers you are building on someone's foundation "sacrifices", find your dream within it and take it higher than he or she thought it was possible! All fingers are not equal, everyone isnt cut out to be the boss because they don't really go after a higher dream or not have the patience to persevere! If you think about money you may never find your true reward because it can only buy you things not happiness! Memories last for ever among other things life rewards you with.

When you serve your employer in truth, you will be granted your dream by the creator! Success works parallel with dreams! You can not plod the farmers field without at some point stumbling on gold "intellectual or in hard currency" you can't be near a successful person and it wouldn't rub off on you! There are drivers of CEO's who are wealthy. A job is a job but your task is to be loyal to the dream not the boss alone. "Joy that you are of service, brings stability in mind because you are employed in what matters!" Bosses dont need ass kissers, they dont need the emotional attachment you seek! He has to do his job to pay you. Do you get paid for being friendly? An open mind sees more than a closed mind. People who pursue only money are often blind to gifts from the universe!
