What was done to one can be done to all!

There is something that many bosses don't understand about keeping the moral of each staff! It's like parenting "never berate a child in front of the other or treat underhandedly anyone even their friends" What was done to one can be done to all! Parenting like Management is in the skill of coaching, you show a goal, you speak to players and position everyone where they are good at and you should accept your portion of the blame as management for not foreseeing "forgetting that as much as you have laid out a perfect plan, outside forces have a greater influence at deterring things coming to fruition as you want!

Controlling your emotions is the greatest thing you can ever do in keeping stability and swiftly covering the loopholes! CEOs and Managers are human and shouldn't forget that being nice and being kind has a huge impact on how they successfully execute the job!

I myself have seen the results of this, and that's because one becomes anxious! Having a passion for something can often make you unaware of how you come across! Staff that are forgiving of your lapses are those I keep because they realise it isn't personal to them! The responsibility of keeping things going is huge and no one has a choice but to make things work!
