What is experience if not knowledge and skill! The fact that you know nothing of the environment you are going in is what makes you not see the skills required and what you have within you!
If you put people to test without education how will they succeed? There are those that continue to fail at the same thing because they never reexamine the previous mistakes!
Education is about reexamining the successes and mistakes of previous ventures! If in The books that they read information is omitted and exercises are not presented then how do we expect them to be prepared? If there are no platforms to test the knowledge how will they know what they stand for?
Our formal education needs to be a stage where all probabilities are experienced and reevaluated before our kids graduate! This way when they sit before the employer they would know what to present and will gain the job should the CEO understand the needs and the mindset of what and who is proposing!
Why do employers request a minimum of 2-3 years work experience?
2-3 years of discipline and self discovery! Most employers come from the streets they paid their dues its your turn!
