I once read somewhere said "man does not wish for freedom but safety". Man does not know what to do with himself when he is free. When he has no discipline his energies aren't channelled. My staff are like family but i know sometimes i have to show a frown on my forehead for them to sit up. I am living in a society where peoples skills are manufactured, i.e they go to study because mother, father said, peer pressure, worse the universities choose where to allocate them so what ends up coming out of the schools are people who are not self driven and not driven by passion for their subjects of study. Whats also evident is that the old curriculum or method was designed only for the industrial age so a lot of what is being thought in university doesn't apply to start ups and a majority of businesses. The knowledge there needs to transform and a lot needs to be thrown out because entrepreneurial skills come from the streets. Man can be anything if he wills it.

As a rule when you hear someone say this many would say he is being arrogant, rather than seeing that he had set himself on a goal. This is a problem with people in general, when someone says he is a star many doubt them, but do you watch their steps? You all better set yourselves goals or you will not know where to land. Even if you don't get the exact you will never fall far behind, you just may make it further, get out of your closet. A man was once called insane for wanting to fly like a bird, today you are on a plane.
