Why do we fail to employ the right staff?

We have often asked ourselves as employers why do we fail to employ the right staff? The boss puts a nice face and is never kind to himself! There should be a 3 months probation without pay to see who is self motivated and has theoretical knowledge! This sounds wicked but never the less when the loan givers come to repossess due to none payment of loans who looses everything and files bankruptcy? 

The major part to delivery is self motivation that can either be or not be! If people are not interested in themselves it wouldn't matter what they went to study! If what they went to study isnt a part of their nature they cant tune on to finding solutions and will always bring you problems!

An analysis of the business model and the operating structure needs to be communicated to the staff, see if they understand the logic and only then one should put on permanent employment! A lot of employers are hiding their business plans and that keeps the staff oblivious from seeing the whole picture! Visualisation of a concept allows one to recognise the missing pieces and know how best to get them!

This is why I said that our educational system has failed to support the needs of businesses within our environment, we are manufacturing students who have no knowledge in business and structure and the business man himself not knowledged in business management! Your passion is good but implementing it is what makes a mess! There is never anything wrong with a business idea, its always the implementation!
